Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 56 dry pitted dates, soaked overnight
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp unsweetened desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse to obtain a sticky mixture. Add a tablespoon purified water to achieve the desired texture.
  2. Line a plate with parchment paper and use your hands to shape the bars.
  3. Refrigerate the vegan protein bars for at least one hour, then serve.
