- 1 cup purified water
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ inch ginger knob, peeled and grated
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp organic raw honey
- Mix all the ingredients and drink straight away.
