Parsley Detox Wrap
- 2 large bunches fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut in cubes
- 5–7 cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
- ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
- ½ cucumber, cut in cubes
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch sea salt
- 2 whole wheat tortilla wraps
- Place the salad ingredients in a large bowl, add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and mix to combine.
- Divide the salad in half and add it onto the tortillas.
- Wrap and serve right away or pack to go.
