Homemade Ginger Chews to Get Rid of Gas, Bloating and Nausea




  1. Add all the ingredients into the food processor and pulse to obtain a sticky mixture.
  2. Transfer into a bowl and freeze for 2 hours.
  3. Remove from the freezer, shape into the desired form and cut in small pieces.
  4. Keep into the freezer for up to one month.
