Homemade Carrot Ginger Salad Dressing with Avocado Oil
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tsp tamari sauce
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup purified water
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and pulse to obtain a smooth liquid.
- Drizzle over salads. Keeps into the refrigerator into an airtight container for up to one week.
