Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp tamari sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup purified water

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and pulse to obtain a smooth liquid.
  2. Drizzle over salads. Keeps into the refrigerator into an airtight container for up to one week.
