Hydrating (And Refreshing) Watermelon Water
- 2 slices fresh ripe watermelon, flesh only
- 2 limes, peeled and cut into slices
- 3–4 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups purified water
- Ice cubes, to serve
- Add the watermelon, limes and mint into a blender and pulse for a fine puree.
- Add the purified water and pulse to incorporate.
- Divide into two serving glasses, add ice cubes and serve.
