Green Cardamom Ice Cream (Made with Avocado)
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut in half
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp raw agave nectar
- Unsweetened dark vegan chocolate, chia seeds, for topping
- Add avocado, coconut milk, cardamom and agave nectar in a food processor and pulse to obtain a creamy mixture.
- Transfer into a plastic container, cover and freeze overnight.
- Serve topped with chia seeds and unsweetened dark vegan chocolate flakes.
