Raw Detox Soup with Beets

- 1 medium raw beet, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2–3 fresh dill sprigs
- 5–6 fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tsp apple cider
- 1 tsp tamari
- 1 cup purified water
- 1 lime, juice only
- A pinch sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Mixed seeds and fresh dill leaves, to garnish
- Blend all ingredients, season with salt and pepper, refrigerate for at least one hour, then serve garnished with seeds and dill.
