Chocolate Superfood Granola Bars




  1. Add all the granola ingredients into a food processor and pulse to obtain a sticky mixture.
  2. Transfer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly to obtain a 1 inch thick layer.
  3. In a small sauce pan combine the chocolate sauce ingredients over low heat.
  4. When the sauce starts to thicken, remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
  5. Drizzle the granola with chocolate sauce, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
  6. Remove from the refrigerator, cut into bars and serve, or keep into an airtight container for up to one week.
