Vegan Almond Butter Cups

Homemade Vegan Almond Butter Cups (Healthy Treat)




  1. In a food processor add the almonds, almond meal, coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond butter and pulse to obtain a sticky mixture.
  2. Distribute evenly into silicone mini cups and press well with your fingers.
  3. Add the drained pitted dates, raw cacao and coconut oil into the food processor and pulse to obtain a creamy sauce.
  4. Pour this evenly on top of the almond layer.
  5. Freeze for 1 hour, then serve.
