- ½ cup pineapple cubes, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana
- ½ cup coconut water
- 2 tsp ginger powder or 1 inch ginger knob, peeled and grated
- 2 tsp organic bee pollen
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch cayenne pepper
