Mango and Coconut Smoothie Bowl
- 2 ripe mango fruits, peeled and cut into slices
- 1&1/2 cup almond milk
- ½ lime, juice only
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp powdered turmeric
- Chia seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, oat flakes, for garnishing
- *Optional sweetener of choice
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and process to obtain a smooth, thick liquid. Add the sweetener and pulse to incorporate.
- Pour evenly into serving bowls, top with chia seeds, coconut and oat flakes, and serve.
