Homemade Fermented Detox Ginger Ale
Scale
- 1 1/2 inch ginger piece, peeled
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 8 cups purified water
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp active yeast
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- Place all the ingredients into a very clean large glass jar, mix and cover with a small plate.
- Leave to fermenting at room temperature for at least 2 days.
- Strain and keep in the refrigerator.
