There’s plenty of chocolate goodness in this cleansing chia pudding, and it’s a great way to start the day. With fiber and essential fatty acids in chia, and antioxidants in raw cacao it’s an excellent detox meal.

Cleansing Chocolate Chia Pudding




  1. In a medium bowl mix the chia seeds with almond milk, agave nectar and cacao powder, and set aside for 15 minutes, to allow the liquid absorption.
  2. Divide into serving glasses, garnish with bee pollen and serve.
